The hotel is conveniently located close to both the beaches and downtown areas, with easy access to Gloria metro station. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well airconditioned. Breakfast is good, with fresh and high-quality ingredients, and there are many facilities available such as free internet access and computers.
Occasional negative reviews regarding the size and cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

All in, the best budget hotel I've stayed in in Rio. Decent breakfast, firm beds, quiet rooms and a quiet street. Good wifi throughout. Small rooms but immaculate and well renovated.
Unresponsive staff. Ceiling fan in my room was not working. Reported it to staff three times. No one ever came to look at it and try to fix. Rooms windows open onto airshafts, not onto street or views.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Rio. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were clean and well air-conditioned, which was a relief in the Brazilian summer heat. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with a metro station nearby and easy access to Copacabana beach. I also loved the fact that there was a supermarket, pharmacy, and local bistro within walking distance, making it convenient for all my needs. The breakfast included a variety of fresh fruits, which was a refreshing way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rio.
No major issues.

The staff was extremely friendly, very helpful and genuine. The hotel is also only minutes away from Gloria subway station and buses that take you to the major tourist attractions.
The bathroom sinks are very small and the breakfast selection could've been better. But all in all, fantastic hotel!

The staff of the hotel is really good and client's satisfaction oriented. The location of this hotel is perfect, at 5 min walk from the "Gloria" metro station. Copacabana beach is only at 20 min door to door using the metro.

This hotel was great value for money and I was pleasantly surprised by the prices. The staff were really friendly and attentive, going out of their way to help us with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the domestic airport and many downtown areas. The rooms were clean and basic but had everything we needed, including air conditioning and fresh supplies. Breakfast was included and was a nice touch, with a good selection of fresh fruit.
All was ok.

Budget price, clean room and friendly staff.
Smell of damp in the hotel room, is basic and small but clean. If all you need is a bed for a night or two the hotel serves its purpose at a reasonable price.

It is just near to the Centre (walking distance) and going out places (lapa). I got very good attention and from the checkin desk. Almos all of them were very friendly and helping.
There is no window towards outside (street side, or back side. All rooms are having windows to the ventilation hole inside of the hotel. The beds were not comfortable. The sheet were not really clean. My pillow was smelling and the sheets were dirty. I asked reception for a new set. He brought them just on my bed and took the former ones with him. So, I had to change the sheets. Breakfast is until 9am. In all other hotels it is until 10am, normaly. This is a budget hotel, for people who need a hotel for sleaping only.

Convenient Location, Attentive Staff, and Good Breakfast
During my business trip, I stayed at a hotel that provided me with great service. The location is very convenient, close to public transport, and within minutes to the hotspots of the city. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly, always there to help with a smile on their faces. they offered me a tasty and varied breakfast every morning, which was included in the price of the accommodation.
The downsides were that the rooms were quite small, and although functional, they lacked natural light. some rooms had windows facing the hallway, which could be unpleasant for some guests.

The location: close to the city and public transportation. Security:very well policed. Neighborhood felt very secure. Very typical neighborhood. Nearby street markets for fruit and vegatables on the weekend. The bed was comfortable. For me personally, I was happy that there was no t.v. in the breakfast area., so breakfast was peaceful--and sufficient. (fruit juice, coffee...) Very helpful and friendly staff.
Since our room was near the front desk, there were times when noise (in the form of conversation) was disturbing, but this was not a mjor problem.

Close to subway and desk staff friendly
Poor beds constantly shift while turning at night, meat and cheese not covered or refrigerated at breakfast which was very basic to say the least!
